Johnny Hill heard that Superman is looking to retire. He really wants the job. The Man of Steel is pretty worn out (after his mind bending therapy with the villainous Dr Orlando) and at this point doesn't really give a fuck about anything. Superman has become convinced that he can transfer his power over to someone else and finally retire, but only by filling that person with his cum. Johnny is willing do anything to get that power.
